Discovery workshop
We meet with whoever interacts with the agent daily — analysts, operators, project managers. We watch how they work, note which steps feel tedious or error-prone, and map the data flow between systems. The goal is to surface one or two quick wins that prove the agent's value before committing to a larger build.

Working prototype
Within days, you have a live demo — rough edges and all. You interact with it using real data from your environment. We iterate on the interface and wiring until it feels useful, then add polish: error handling, logging, access controls, and any monitoring your team needs.

Deployment and training
