Model & provider wiring
- Select models that fit your use case and budget
- Configure failover chains between providers
- Use your own API keys — we never store them
Service · 01
We install, wire, and harden a local AI agent harness on hardware you control — from a laptop to a workstation to a small rack. Your own API keys. Your own machine.
What's included
Most teams skip the boring stuff. We don't.

How it works
A scoping call, a setup session, and a written record of everything changed.
01
We book thirty minutes to understand your setup: what OS and hardware you're using, whether you have an agent running today, what kind of workload you want it to handle, and any constraints (data residency, network isolation, etc.). This is free — no obligation to proceed.
02
Whether we connect remotely via Tailscale or meet in person, we configure the full stack: model wiring with failover chains, memory tuned to your data sources, tools set up with least-privilege access, and sandbox rules so misbehaving agents can't break things. You stay on the line if you want to see how it works, or delegate completely.
03
You receive a fully functional system plus a written runbook covering startup, shutdown, common health checks, and where to find logs. Your API keys were never exposed to us. If you want a follow-up session before we close out, that's included — no extra charge.
Next step
Send us a short note about what you're running, what you want it to do, and what hardware is available. We'll reply with a proposed scope.
